How Aurovilians destroy the Dream? Greed, Power, and Hypocrisy
Sadly we have to say that Auroville has lost its identity, its spiritual existence, and its purpose thanks to the hypocrisy of the Auroville administration. The Auroville administration has betrayed the Dream to such an extent that Auroville will never be the City of Dawn, never have any Divine light since the Asuric forces in the Auroville administration are unfathomably corrupt. Not only are they legally corrupt, but they are also consciously, purposely, well knowingly destroying the dream of The Mother & Sri Aurobindo. The Government of India highly states that it wishes to restore the legacy of Sri Aurobindo & The Mother, although the more it delays action on corruption in Auroville the more it reflects that India cannot get rid of corruption in a small part of South India of 4000 acres.
As per the Auroville Foundation Act, the Resident Assembly holds the real power and responsibility of functioning of Auroville. The core of the Resident Assembly is being corroded by people who wield power in the Working Groups. In the recent elections of Auroville, the ballot box was broken into and no one knows who did it. Further, the Working Committee restricted many Residents from voting again. Working Committee also sent a report to the Ministry of Human Resource Development without the approval of the Resident Assembly and the Governing Board and Srinivas Murthy, The Acting Secretary published a gazette without the approval of the Resident Assembly and neither changed it. Auroville Foundation also helps the Working Committee to file cases against other Government Departments to further push the agenda of the members by trying to save the recovery of income tax owed to the public of India and also to trademark the name of Auroville for these trustees.
The Mother said “Auroville belongs to nobody in particular” so it belongs to them.
Can our readers derive that the Government of India represented by the Auroville Foundation and Working Committee representing the Resident Assembly are working clandestinely to destroy Auroville and wield power in the hands of the few?
When discussions were held with VikramRam and the Resident Assembly represented by Paulette ( Aurovilian ), the discussions were simple and clear. VikramRam insisted that Civil Services Act must be followed by the Working Groups. This was struck down stating that they have Autonomy and do not need to follow the laws of the land. By the Civil Services Act, any candidate in the position of the Working Groups is disqualified on grounds of personal interests, businesses, property declaration, etc. This Act was enacted to ensure the smooth functioning of the Government offices so no favorable decisions are taken for their profits. After all, isn’t the Town Hall a quasi-government of Auroville? How can a township be administered with lawlessness?
Nonetheless, after the fiasco of a show election in Auroville, the appointed members of the Working Committee and Auroville Council have many who need to be disqualified as per the Civil Services Act. As seen prior Aurovilians like Carel & Ulli in their previous term in the Working groups have passed favorable policies for themselves and their companies. In the current groups of FAMC, Working Committee, Land Board & Auroville Council we have coffee business owners, a property document juggler & supporter of the mafia, people who did not declare their property, and many trustees. Many other violations are also there but for brevity, we shall not go into details.
Auronet ( internal discussion of Auroville ) has deleted comments by the Residents asking about this anomaly and wrongdoings of the members. The News & Notes is just a flowery worded façade for the world. When the Auroville Files was born to establish truth and transparency in the functioning of Auroville the same crooks did their level best to censor our emails to the Residents and so much so, even Auroville internet has blocked our website.
The flame of truth shall never die...

According to information available from the Puducherry Government records, the following pieces of lands situated in Isaianbamam, in the Green Belt is fully own by Suryan, member of the Auroville Council, nominated fraudulently to the Auroville Council in February 2021.
So far, there is no trace of his brother Shastry having any land in his name. Therefore, the claim by Suryan that his brother preventing the transfer of the land to Auroville seem to be false.
The guidelines issued by the Working Committee for nomination to new members in any the the group selected for renewable were clear, in no way he should have been selected in the first place.
The other more serious question is how can these lands have escaped the takeover by the Auroville Foundation under the Act?
Here after and document records. The area are in hectare...
Now this imply that the selection of Suryan to the Council stand cancelled on the ground that he did not disclosed his ownership of private lands in the Master Plan in violation both to the Auroville Foundation Act (because his land was under his ownership since childhood) and in violation to the guidelines issued by the Working Committee in its proposal "D" that was approved by the Residents Assembly.
The Working Committee failing to do so will send a very wrong signal...

Dear FAMC members,
A few years ago, one of the then Guest House Trustees revealed to the GFCG that Isai Ambalam GH is located on a plot of land privately owned by the executives. GFCG consulted you about this and we received your decision that the land needs to be donated, sold or leased to AV at the earliest.
It took a long time for GFCG to act on this, but when we urged Suryan to take action, he leased the land to the GH unit instead of making an agreement with TDC.
When Suryan wanted to join the GFCG, he was confronted with this issue and said that the land in fact was owned by his brother, who refused to donate or sell the land.
It now has come to light that the land is actually in his own name and that the emotional story of how he would have donated the land to AV long ago if it wasn't for his brother, is nothing more than an elaborate lie.
The Trustees therefore cannot accept this unit to be registered under the Guest House Trust in the coming financial year, unless an agreement with TDC has been made and the executives no longer own any land in the Masterplan area.
