Only Aurovilians feel that they have some form of autonomy to be above law. We had also cited time and again that Auroville cannot be above law and neither did the Mother say so.
Understand the deeper meaning of every question, especially the last one:
Q. Does so-called autonomy of Auroville make them impervious to investigation and are they above law? A. According to this department no one is above law.
