Post the breaking of the ballot box, and the shift of power from one group to the other, the network of corruption continues in Auroville working methodically to destroy the project and wield power in the hands of a few.
What is astonishing for many, yet not surprising for us is that Hemant Lamba was elected in the GOI grant group. Everyone knows how notorious Carel Thieme has been in the previous term holding power and engineering many human rights violations by manipulating information given to the state police, Hemant Lamba is another Asuric force who is working together with Carel to do the same. Please do note that their clout extends to the FAMC, other Working Groups, and also to the Government of India, hence no one dares to question this for decades.
He has a track record of manipulating accounts, stealing donations & grants, and then justifying the same with some untenable explanations of spiritual consciousness. He is also a chairperson of ‘Ashden India Collective’ which is not a part of Auroville and does activities in various parts of North India close to Jammu & Kashmir.

More on Ashden India Collective, which is not a part of Auroville and has an Aurovilian director. Please do also note that Auroville Foundation avoided giving information under the Right to Information Act that Aurovilians in other private limited companies is personal information. He needs to be reminded that private limited companies are public information which he needs to be aware of or is not fit for duty.
He is further been alleged to have siphoned lakhs of grants and donations of Auroville & diverted it to other projects than for what it has been sanctioned for. He holds executive positions in many trusts in Auroville and works methodically to coverup gross violations from the eyes of the Resident Assembly, Government of India & the CAG hand in gloves with Srinivas Murthy ( Acting Secretary ) in the Auroville Foundation. This has been duly noted with many such cases and in recent times, Hemant Lamba & architect Suhasini Ayer were in charge of the Humanscape project of Auroville, and have been alleged to siphon lakhs without following GFR as laid down by the Ministry of Education, Government of India. When the same was revealed by goodwilled Aurovilians, instead of recovering 4 lakhs odd from Suhasini Ayer, Srinivas Murthy, the Acting secretary disbursed the same to her.
Hemant is also a key persona to hide the fact that Sec 3 & 4 of the Auroville Foundation Act has been willfully avoided. This has not been enforced and been hidden for decades since this is a big cash cow and he works clandestinely to keep the Masterplan at a moot point and destroy the galaxy plan for vested interests ( It is a mathematical certainty that now galaxy plan can never be realized )
Further, Hemant Lamba is alleged to ‘witch-hunt’ any Aurovilian who make reports against corruption, ensures that their life is miserable since visas, housing & livelihood is in their hands. And does anyone expect Aurovilians to complain against him well knowing that Auroville Foundation works hand in gloves with him and knowing the land mafia criminal gangs dance to their tunes? He has also made an exit policy without the knowledge of the Resident Assembly which empowers them to remove any Aurovilian by getting 30 signatures ( out of 3500 residents ) - the witch-hunt of Auroville administration continues.
More astonishing is that he has been made in charge of receiving donations for Sri Aurobindo’s Anniversary and made head of the project. We can only say that this is a somber insult to Sri Aurobindo & the Government of India should take strict note of the same.
Below are a 'couple' of violations of the project of Humanscape & others, wherein details of financial accounting & questions raised by their own offices have never been answered to the Resident Assembly, GOI nor to the CAG, & no action has been taken by the Auroville Foundation...
The amount of embezzlement runs into crores and has been the modus operandi for decades. The Pondicherry Engineering College also seems to have a hand in covering up these anomalies for years. Only the CBI & ED can arrive at the correct figure after thorough investigation into all activities of trusts of Auroville. Now, the self appointed spokesperson of Resident Assembly who insulted and laughed at us on stage has to justify why they are scared to open the books of accounts and have a thorough forensic audit for 10 years?
Why is the Government of India silent? Do these Aurovilians have so much of autocratic and bureaucratic clout that they are impervious to investigation?
The world should know what kind of activities are ensued in Auroville using the goodwill of donors and public's money.
